Leads a regional specialty pharmaceutical sales team promoting respiratory biologics to pulmonologists, allergists, and ENTs. Develops and executes business plans, coaches and develops Account Specialists, conducts sales meetings, recruits talent, drives performance, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. The role is field-based across Northern California and requires regular territory travel, occasional overnight travel, and vehicle operation.

Build and evolve GSK’s production-grade GenAI platform, including platform components, APIs, lifecycle management, and scalable integrations with ML and data engineering systems. Develop tested Python code, support LLM training and optimized deployments, improve usability and performance, and promote CI/CD and engineering best practices. Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, security, product, and machine learning teams in scrum environments.

Drives hospital formulary access, protocol and discharge pathway readiness, product adoption, and sales for anti-infective therapies. Builds relationships with infectious disease physicians, hospitalists, pharmacists, pharmacy leaders, case managers, and health-system decision makers. Develops territory business plans, delivers compliant clinical presentations, analyzes utilization trends, addresses adoption barriers, and collaborates cross-functionally to increase prescribing and therapy continuity across assigned hospital accounts.
