Manage identity lifecycle, access certifications, RBAC, SoD, provisioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and governance metrics while collaborating with cybersecurity, application owners, auditors, and stakeholders to meet compliance and security objectives.

Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled full-stack web applications on AWS. Own frontend (React), backend (Java/Python), APIs, workflow orchestration, RDBMS, CI/CD, DevSecOps, accessibility, and data visualization. Implement AI features (search, chatbots, document processing), mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and work within SAFe to deliver secure, scalable mission solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cloud platforms. Troubleshoot performance and quality issues, implement data governance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document pipelines and data models to deliver reliable, production-ready data products.
