Part-time hybrid marketing intern supporting the Northwest team: learn and use Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, and Canva; maintain registration lists and event calendars; assist with regional event execution, campaign build tickets, sponsorship tracking, and promotional assets. Support 25–29 hrs/week, travel up to 25% for local events.

Qualify and manage leads for Account Executives, use Salesforce to track opportunities, position security solutions, perform account planning, partner on cross-sell/upsell, report forecasts, engage vendors and industry groups, support marketing events, and maintain client communication throughout the sales lifecycle.

The Director of the IT PMO at GuidePoint Security will oversee IT project management processes, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful execution of IT initiatives and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include partner alignment, governance, team leadership, and performance measurement.
