The Founding Engineer will design and build the user interface of a control plane for AI agents, working full-stack on web applications, APIs, and innovative agent workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design, developing high-performance interfaces, and defining new interaction paradigms.

As an AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and ship production agents on an AI platform, integrating with real developer environments and ensuring reliability, safety, and observability. You'll drive the engineering practice by creating best practices and collaborating with product and ML teams.
