Lead lateral and entry-level attorney recruiting, supervise coordinators, run the West Coast Summer Associate Program, manage offers, reporting, budgets, interviewer training, and collaborate with HR, Immigration, Marketing and Diversity teams to optimize hiring processes.

Provide administrative support to the Attorney Development team: manage expenses, scheduling, weekly reports, program coordination, post-program administration (recording edits/uploads), LMS and iManage updates, surveys, newsletters, and cross-department collaboration on development initiatives.

Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, telephony, and video conferencing. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets and inventory, configure devices, assist onboarding, train users, maintain knowledge base, and escalate complex problems to IT staff. Support conference room setups and perform moves/adds/changes.
