Teams at Gusto

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounting firm partners for Gusto Pro. Responsibilities include account planning, QBRs, partner acquisition, renewals, upsells, contract negotiation, enablement, product adoption, executive relationship management, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional product feedback. The role requires frequent partner engagement, AI-enabled workflows, CRM and sales software experience, and travel to partner meetings and industry events.

Lead end-to-end UX for Gusto Payroll, define long-term vision, drive AI and automation initiatives, partner cross-functionally, mentor designers, and scale design systems to simplify complex payroll workflows.

Own and scale Gusto's VC and PE partnership strategy, building programmatic, high-leverage ecosystem motions. Lead partner portfolio decisions, design repeatable programs with Marketing/Events/Sales, track ARR and pipeline impact, and represent Gusto externally to drive founder and investor engagement.
