Lead execution and coordination for laser equipment development and deployment. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external partners. Drive issue resolution, stakeholder communications, milestone reviews, production readiness, validation, documentation, training, and field handoffs.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for specialized semiconductor materials and electromechanical components. Develop commodity strategies, negotiate contracts, qualify suppliers, monitor performance, manage capacity and supply risks, and drive cost reductions. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, NPI, finance, and R&D on new product introductions, design-for-manufacturability, value engineering, and shortage resolution. The role requires technical procurement expertise, semiconductor industry experience, ERP and PLM proficiency, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Provide first-line, on-site technical support for Windows and macOS users; troubleshoot hardware, printers, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); manage onboarding/offboarding; use ticketing systems and escalate complex issues to specialist teams; support after-hours on-call as needed while delivering strong customer service.
