Leads complex healthcare development and construction projects from feasibility and planning through design, approvals, procurement, construction administration, cost control, and closeout. Responsibilities include consultant and contractor selection, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, change orders, client reporting, and coordination of medical equipment and physician spaces. Supervises Project Executives and Specialists while supporting client relationships, presentations, and business development.
