The Strategic Projects Lead will manage and drive AI-related projects, optimize talent deployment, improve internal processes, and enhance customer relationships in a fast-growing environment.

Own end-to-end execution of large-scale human data programs supporting frontier AI training and evaluation. Coordinate hundreds to thousands of expert Fellows, optimize staffing models and workflows, manage delivery quality and margins, and partner with AI labs and senior stakeholders to define scope, resolve issues, and expand programs.

Lead the Learning & Training function, managing four senior learning designers while remaining hands-on in developing courses, coaching plans, and quality standards. Scale a forward-deployed training model across AI projects, manage capacity, measure ramp and fellow quality, partner with Central Ops, drive strategic programs, and hire specialized talent. The role requires strong learning design, people leadership, AI model fluency, operational judgment, and experience establishing quality standards in ambiguous environments.
