Leads full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer extensions, candidate communication, referral programs, pipeline tracking, and hiring-manager coordination. Develops recruitment strategies, builds talent pipelines, represents the company at recruiting events, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory reporting, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage supply and inventory of containers and equipment for shippers, truckers and railroads. Track and release equipment, create empty bookings, handle permits/paperwork, plan and steer empty container movements, issue work orders, reposition containers, monitor vendor performance and costs, update reports and dashboards, and resolve equipment/invoice inquiries to minimize turnaround times.

Coordinate day-to-day commercial sales activities: schedule customer calls, prepare performance reports, manage rate proposals and RFQs, onboard contracts, liaise with internal teams to resolve commercial issues, and support digital account setup to grow volume and meet service targets.
