Responsibilities include designing revenue close processes, configuring the revenue sub-ledger, automating revenue recognition and accounts receivable workflows, evaluating ASC 606 treatment for complex contracts, calculating credit-pool breakage and true-ups, and developing audit-ready revenue policies. The role partners with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, engineering, and company leadership while applying AI tools to streamline finance operations.

Build and deploy internal AI agents, applications, data pipelines, integrations, and operational workflows used across Product, Engineering, Deployments, GTM, and Operations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to automate recurring work, improve deployment and release processes, coordinate labeling operations, support technical commercial enablement, and contribute to pricing and product analysis.

Owns global people operations, including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS data integrity, employee support, and coordination with PEO and EOR partners across multiple countries. The role also supports compliance, engagement programs, policy updates, vendor management, and automation using Rippling and AI tools.

Own and build the general ledger close, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and OPEX accounting processes. Design close calendars, reconciliations, accruals, prepaid amortization, variance analysis, and internal controls from scratch. Automate repetitive accounting work using AI and finance tools, reconcile AP and payroll feeds to the GL, support the first external audit, and advise the Head of Accounting on policy decisions.

Own HappyRobot’s content strategy, editorial calendar, brand voice, and content production across blog, social, email, SEO, and GEO channels. Create content, case studies, and enterprise narratives in partnership with founders, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design. Track performance, optimize programs, and eventually build and manage a content team.

Lead global employer brand strategy and recruitment marketing; produce content and manage talent platforms; build employee ambassador program; plan and run global recruiting events and logistics; partner with TA, marketing, and regional leaders; track event KPIs and optimize campaigns.

Build pipelines, partner with founders and hiring managers on scorecards, improve candidate experience, iterate sourcing strategies, and contribute to scalable hiring processes and employer branding.
