The Product Operations Engineer connects Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations, optimizing processes, managing data, and enabling strategic initiatives.

Own HappyRobot’s content strategy, editorial calendar, brand voice, and content production across blog, social, email, SEO, and GEO channels. Create content, case studies, and enterprise narratives in partnership with founders, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design. Track performance, optimize programs, and eventually build and manage a content team.
