Manage end-to-end US payroll delivery for client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant multi-state payroll. Responsibilities include payroll data validation, discrepancy resolution, tax and benefits administration, vendor management, reconciliations, payroll accounting, system testing, implementations, migrations, process improvements, and automation. The role requires adapting quickly to different client environments and collaborating with HR, Finance, senior stakeholders, and payroll partners.

Designs and delivers instructor-led and distance learning curriculum for law firm clients, creates training materials and quick references, coaches end users, supports onboarding, and promotes continuous improvement in technology adoption.

Lead legal technology engagements including requirements gathering, process review, system selection, configuration, testing, data migration, and change management. Produce deliverables (design docs, data maps, test scripts, training), manage project scope/timelines/budgets, coordinate with vendors and clients, and support business development and team growth.
