Design and review electrical and instrumentation systems for process/manufacturing projects including single-line diagrams, equipment specifications (15kV/5kV), motor control, conduit/cable routing, calculations, CAD drawings, vendor submittal review, field startup support, team leadership on small-to-mid projects, and development of construction specifications and estimates.

Perform full mechanical designs and analyses for process and utility piping systems, including stress analysis, material/procurement specifications, piping sizing, vendor drawing review, drafting support, field data collection and construction support. Develop layouts, cost studies, calculations, and specifications; assist in packages for procurement; mentor junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure constructible, code-compliant designs.

Design and deliver complex electrical and instrumentation engineering for industrial projects: produce calculations, single-line diagrams, installation specifications, equipment and instrumentation data sheets, support construction/startup, lead small-to-mid projects, coordinate teams, review vendor/submittal drawings, and provide technical guidance and estimating.

Perform complete electrical and instrumentation design for complex industrial projects, produce installation details, MCC single-lines, control panel layouts, cable schedules and specifications for 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment, coordinate with teams, provide on-site startup assistance, mentor junior drafters, prepare cost estimates, schedules and man-hour budgets, and ensure adherence to CAD and company design standards.
