Leads electrical and instrumentation engineering teams and oversees complete project delivery, including design criteria, estimates, schedules, budgets, calculations, specifications, drawings, procurement packages, quality reviews, code compliance, and client communication. Provides technical direction, delegates work, reviews deliverables, supports construction and drafting teams, and leads interoffice execution. Requires extensive industrial engineering experience and advanced knowledge of electrical power systems, instrumentation, CAD, PLC, HMI, and DCS technologies.

Provides technical leadership for engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary design, client technical issues, project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, quality control, and scope changes. Supports the Project Manager, resolves inter-discipline design issues, reviews 3D models and engineering documents, manages technical procedures, and ensures timely, high-quality project execution.

Leads complex engineering and construction projects from planning through closeout. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, change control, reporting, client relationships, documentation, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates engineering, procurement, and construction activities; reviews deliverables and vendor submissions; supports construction and startup; tracks project financial health; and develops team performance and capabilities.

Performs process engineering design for chemical, biochemical, petroleum, and manufacturing projects under close supervision. Responsibilities include process calculations, conceptual layouts, cost studies, material take-offs, safety integration, drawing and vendor document reviews, design checking, field data collection, construction support, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Uses process and hydraulic simulation software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office. Travel may be required for site work, meetings, presentations, and training.

Design and deliver complex electrical and instrumentation engineering for industrial projects: produce calculations, single-line diagrams, installation specifications, equipment and instrumentation data sheets, support construction/startup, lead small-to-mid projects, coordinate teams, review vendor/submittal drawings, and provide technical guidance and estimating.

Perform complete electrical and instrumentation design for complex industrial projects, produce installation details, MCC single-lines, control panel layouts, cable schedules and specifications for 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment, coordinate with teams, provide on-site startup assistance, mentor junior drafters, prepare cost estimates, schedules and man-hour budgets, and ensure adherence to CAD and company design standards.

Leads engineering, procurement, and construction projects from planning through closeout.
