Teams at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors

Leads electrical and instrumentation engineering teams and oversees complete project delivery, including design criteria, estimates, schedules, budgets, calculations, specifications, drawings, procurement packages, quality reviews, code compliance, and client communication. Provides technical direction, delegates work, reviews deliverables, supports construction and drafting teams, and leads interoffice execution. Requires extensive industrial engineering experience and advanced knowledge of electrical power systems, instrumentation, CAD, PLC, HMI, and DCS technologies.

Provides technical leadership for engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary design, client technical issues, project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, quality control, and scope changes. Supports the Project Manager, resolves inter-discipline design issues, reviews 3D models and engineering documents, manages technical procedures, and ensures timely, high-quality project execution.

Leads complex engineering and construction projects from planning through closeout. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, change control, reporting, client relationships, documentation, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates engineering, procurement, and construction activities; reviews deliverables and vendor submissions; supports construction and startup; tracks project financial health; and develops team performance and capabilities.
