Own governance, operating cadence, executive reporting, dashboards, decision logs, action tracking, and portfolio analytics for HARMAN’s AI Transformation organization. Lead portfolio rationalization, risk and dependency tracking, data quality, governance standards, executive and board materials, and stakeholder alignment across business, product, technology, and delivery teams. Continuously improve portfolio management processes and organizational execution effectiveness.

Lead HARMAN's corporate development for consumer electronics and digital commerce, focusing on M&A, partnerships, and venture investments in agentic AI and e-commerce. Build deal pipeline, evaluate build/buy/partner decisions, lead due diligence and negotiations, present recommendations to leadership, and maintain external networks across retailers, platforms, startups, VC, and investment banks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide legal counsel to HARMAN's Lifestyle division on product safety, liability, and consumer protection. Advise on hardware, software, AI-enabled features, batteries, and connected devices; manage regulatory interactions, incident response, recalls, warranty and indemnification issues; support product development compliance, draft and negotiate agreements, and develop policies and guidance to mitigate product liability risk.
