Lead HARMAN's corporate development for consumer electronics and digital commerce, focusing on M&A, partnerships, and venture investments in agentic AI and e-commerce. Build deal pipeline, evaluate build/buy/partner decisions, lead due diligence and negotiations, present recommendations to leadership, and maintain external networks across retailers, platforms, startups, VC, and investment banks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide legal counsel to HARMAN's Lifestyle division on product safety, liability, and consumer protection. Advise on hardware, software, AI-enabled features, batteries, and connected devices; manage regulatory interactions, incident response, recalls, warranty and indemnification issues; support product development compliance, draft and negotiate agreements, and develop policies and guidance to mitigate product liability risk.

Lead the development and maintenance of high-performance cross-platform desktop and mobile applications for HiFi audio. Drive technical direction, mentor team members, and innovate audio streaming solutions while ensuring product scalability and performance.
