Teams at Harness

Own and scale Harness’ corporate IT environment across identity and access management, SaaS applications, macOS and mobile device management, automation, endpoint security, networking, and infrastructure. Lead IT projects, provide Tier-3 troubleshooting, support incident response and root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call coverage. The role supports over 1,000 users across multiple locations and requires independent systems ownership, automation expertise, and occasional office travel.

Owns end-to-end warehouse transformations, curated analytical models, data governance, documentation, lineage, and data quality troubleshooting. Partners with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into reliable models supporting product usage, customer adoption, account health, and go-to-market reporting. The role also improves data access, metric definitions, and self-service capabilities while using SQL, cloud warehouses, transformation frameworks, scripting, and BI tools.

The Sales Engineer will drive technical evaluations during the sales process, articulate tech value propositions, and deliver software product demonstrations to customers.
