Own Harper’s revenue operating system, including funnel definitions, CRM behavior, routing, forecasting, instrumentation, pipeline hygiene, and funnel analysis. Partner with sales and operational teams to implement controlled workflow changes, automate repeat work, reconcile metrics to source records, and measure effects on conversion, speed, and booked revenue. This is an on-site San Francisco role focused on building a reliable, inspectable revenue system.

Resolve complex customer issues involving payments, disputes, cancellations, audits, and insurance operations. Reconcile records across customer, payment, policy, communication, and external systems; communicate directly by phone; document evidence, ownership, and next steps; coordinate escalations; and identify recurring causes for product, process, training, or finance improvements.

Own the commercial insurance renewal process from early account review through customer discussions, recommendations, closing, binding, and outcome tracking. Responsibilities include assessing business changes, coordinating renewal or remarketing strategies, explaining pricing and coverage, resolving account risks, improving retention and revenue, and identifying expansion opportunities.
