Provides frontline technical support to enterprise customers using AI-driven products. Troubleshoots AI output quality, login, REST APIs, error logs, authentication, and token issues; manages multiple priorities; documents interactions; escalates complex problems; collaborates cross-functionally; and contributes to support processes, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.

Own complex global People Operations programs from planning through go-live and handoff, including geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integrations, EOR and vendor transitions, and payroll migrations. The role requires strategic stakeholder influence, consultative communication, prioritization, and occasional travel.

Create motion concepts, storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final assets for Harvey’s brand, products, launches, web, campaigns, education, events, and storytelling. Develop reusable motion systems and workflows, simplify complex AI concepts visually, collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, and GTM teams, and maintain high craft standards while handling both strategic and fast-turnaround production work.

The Senior Motion Designer will shape Harvey’s motion language across brand, product storytelling, launches, web, campaigns, education, events, and executive communications. Responsibilities include creating storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final assets; developing reusable motion systems and workflows; simplifying complex AI concepts; collaborating with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, and other stakeholders; and balancing high-polish creative work with fast-turnaround production needs.

Serves as the primary legal partner for marketing and communications, reviewing promotional claims, advertising, product announcements, digital campaigns, privacy practices, and event materials. Advises marketing leadership on compliant campaign execution, negotiates marketing and commercial agreements, and provides practical guidance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Lead and scale Legal Engineering manager-led teams in the Americas to support in-house customer engagements. Build systems, processes, and operating models; partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations; advise legal leaders and senior stakeholders; drive planning, resource management, talent development, and operational excellence; shape the future of Legal Engineering at Harvey.

Leads global recruiting operations, including systems, workflows, coordination, analytics, workforce planning, recruiting programs, automation, enablement, and candidate experience. Partners with executives, Finance, business leaders, and recruiting teams to translate hiring goals into scalable strategies and consistent execution. Oversees recruiting technology, talent analytics, compliance, operational standards, and capability building across regions.

Lead cross-team product engineering initiatives spanning web, desktop, mobile, embedded integrations, APIs, and AI capabilities. Build scalable full-stack systems using React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres, including agent harnesses, retrieval, tool calling, memory, workflows, and evaluation systems. Set technical direction, make product and architecture tradeoffs, mentor senior engineers, and deliver secure, intuitive products for legal and professional-services customers.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development of Harvey’s Spaces product. Simplify complex workflows, navigation, information architecture, collaboration, and AI-agent experiences. Partner with Design and Engineering to improve product quality, onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, and retention. Conduct customer research with legal teams, define success metrics, and collaborate across product and go-to-market teams to deliver a polished enterprise experience.

Own a high-volume technical support queue and serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues. Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and system behavior; lead customer calls; manage bugs through resolution; and partner with Product and Engineering. Mentor peers, improve documentation and playbooks, identify recurring issues, and recommend product, tooling, and process improvements while maintaining strong customer communication and empathy.

Develop and execute editorial, campaign, and social content that advances Harvey’s brand and business goals. Write and edit varied formats, translate complex legal and technical concepts into compelling narratives, support content-led campaigns, develop distribution strategies, apply SEO insights, analyze performance data, and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.

Leads Harvey’s Admin product design and Platform design system teams. Owns product strategy, design-system governance, AI tooling for design, customer-centered workflows, team building, and cross-functional design leadership. Partners with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality AI-powered experiences, establish scalable design practices, and improve adoption, rollout speed, and measurable customer outcomes.

Leads regional enterprise customer support delivery, overseeing queue management, escalations, incident response, performance coaching, staffing, hiring, and team development. Owns metrics including response time, resolution time, QA, customer satisfaction, backlog, and deflection. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to resolve recurring issues, improve processes, adopt AI-enabled support tools, and establish global operating standards.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Build diverse talent pipelines, advise senior hiring managers, lead intake and calibration, improve recruiting workflows, track hiring metrics, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience across North American locations.

Own Harvey’s global endpoint platform across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices. Manage Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, Okta device trust, provisioning, patching, compliance, security posture, lifecycle automation, and endpoint issue escalations. Build Python or scripting-based tooling using vendor APIs, automate onboarding and offboarding, and partner with Security on EDR, encryption, DLP, and identity policies. Support global offices through documentation, training, and scalable operational processes.

Coordinates end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics, panel selection, and calendar management across multiple business functions. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a high-touch candidate experience, improve recruiting workflows and documentation, and support onboarding and broader talent operations projects in a fast-growing hybrid environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A functions, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and deliver candidates. Maintain 8–10 active requisitions, provide candidate communication and feedback, and improve recruiting workflows and metrics while collaborating with coordinators and other recruiters.

Own the architecture and technical direction of Harvey’s central data platform. Build ingestion, CDC, streaming and batch pipelines into Snowflake; operate orchestration and transformation frameworks; create self-service tooling; and develop real-time processing, quality, observability, lineage, governance, PII protection, and multi-region residency capabilities. Establish technical standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure.

Build and lead Harvey’s central data platform, including streaming and batch ingestion, CDC, Snowflake warehousing, orchestration, transformation frameworks, real-time processing, self-service tooling, and data quality, lineage, and governance. Establish secure patterns for PII, access control, retention, and multi-region data residency while setting technical direction and mentoring a growing team.
