Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth, build value engineering capabilities, quantify customer ROI, and inform strategic decisions through analysis, proposals, and execution support. Partner with GTM, RevOps, Product, Finance, and customers to improve BI, KPIs, and operational cadence.

Partner with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and People to design and scale competitive sales and commercial compensation programs. Provide market benchmarking, advise on incentive structures, support hiring/promotions, and build governance and frameworks to align pay with business goals while influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Build and maintain shared frontend infrastructure, design system, and developer tooling to improve developer velocity, performance, reliability, and scalability. Partner with product, design, and infra teams to define frontend architecture, drive adoption of platform systems, and reduce lifecycle friction across Harvey's user-facing applications.
