Teams at Harvey

Create and edit finished video for social and content channels, owning projects from footage review through final delivery. Shoot executive content, interviews, events, and product videos using professional camera, lighting, and audio setups. Develop editorial hooks, pacing, formats, captions, graphics, sound, color, and channel-specific versions. Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing, and production teams while managing feedback, media organization, equipment, timelines, and delivery standards.

Serve as primary advisor to largest customers, lead strategic implementation and adoption of Harvey's AI platform, monitor account health, enable end users, drive executive engagement, relay product feedback, and travel up to 25%.

Lead content design across Harvey’s product interfaces and AI responses. Define voice, tone, terminology, interaction patterns, and content principles; design key experiences from concept through execution; and build tools and guidance that help teams apply content standards. Partner with product designers, engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to establish a scalable content practice, clarify complex concepts for expert users, and articulate content decisions and tradeoffs.
