Manages a West Coast territory and travels domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Develops and executes strategic account plans for large regional and multi-site customers. Manages accounts, drives profitable growth and retention, identifies and advances sales opportunities, negotiates pricing, and builds relationships with procurement, technical, and operational stakeholders. Uses Salesforce.com and pricing tools while collaborating with technical, operations, customer service, and marketing teams. Requires regular travel within an assigned territory and supports customer trials, technical discussions, and operational problem-solving.

Manages and grows strategic customer accounts in the Bus, Truck, Rail, and Specialty Vehicles market. Develops account strategies, builds sales pipelines, acquires new business, negotiates commercial agreements, and delivers sales, margin, volume, and profitability targets. Partners with R&D, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to provide value-based adhesive, sealant, and coating solutions. Requires frequent customer engagement, territory management, technical communication, and travel up to 50%.
