Lead product marketing for the Consumer Experience portfolio: own positioning and messaging, execute go-to-market plans, enable sales with assets and training, maintain AI-structured messaging, engage clients and run advisory board to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue.

Reviews, drafts, analyzes, and redlines commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, BAA, and nondisclosure contracts. Manages CLM workflows and repositories, supports Sales and other business teams, identifies legal and operational risks, and develops fallback positions. Leads legal process improvements and may assist with entity management and corporate administration. The role requires strong commercial contracting expertise, drafting ability, business judgment, and familiarity with technology, healthcare, privacy, and HIPAA-related agreements.

Lead onboarding and implementation of KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst across healthcare organizations. Own project plans, governance, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, testing, training, and escalation. Serve as liaison between vendors, IS teams, and end users while ensuring standards, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
