Lead a new healthcare AI use case from problem discovery through deployment, piloting, and scaled adoption across hospital partners. Define clinician problems, prototype solutions, establish clinical safety and success metrics, validate assumptions with data, influence pricing and packaging, and create repeatable product-development playbooks. The role works closely with the CEO, clinicians, data scientists, development-partner hospitals, and founding team.

Lead clinical implementations for HealthLeap across health systems, from planning through go-live and sustained adoption. Build trust with clinical leaders and frontline teams, design training, identify workflow barriers, measure impact, influence product decisions, validate new capabilities, and represent the company at conferences and site visits. The role requires substantial inpatient clinical experience, change leadership, data fluency, comfort with ambiguity, interest in AI, and regular travel.

Build and operate production data pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and deliver messy clinical data for machine learning, analytics, and clinician-facing APIs. Own data contracts, monitoring, backfills, failure recovery, and troubleshooting across systems. Collaborate with integration, ML, and product engineering teams to ensure reliable data delivery across hospital deployments.
