Lead provider onboarding and operational readiness for multiple facilities, managing credentialing, EMR access, orientation, training, and APP support. Serve as primary liaison across recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing, payroll, and medical leadership. Build facility relationships, drive process improvements, and promote provider engagement and retention. Travel required.
