Serve as a technical thought partner translating product strategy into architectural options, implementation tradeoffs, and platform standards. Advise senior leaders on scalability, integration, technical risk, and modernization; lead technical due diligence and evaluate emerging technologies (including GenAI and cloud) while communicating recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own growth, retention, and engagement for SFGATE's community and membership programs (app and Friends of SFGATE). Plan and produce live events, launch engagement tools and exclusive content, oversee app feature production, work with partners, and track engagement metrics to inform cross-team actions.

Manage payroll and compensation for multiple Hearst California real estate entities; administer benefits and COBRA; support hiring, employee relations, and personnel files; perform monthly G/L closing, account reconciliations (Oracle ARCS), budgeting, variance reporting, and year-end tax reporting.
