Teams at Hearst

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the South San Francisco office, managing facilities coordination, visitor reception, mail/shipping, inventory, and event logistics. Provide administrative support to executive leadership (calendaring, travel, expenses), troubleshoot video conferencing, assist onboarding, and help drive office culture and employee engagement.

Manage and optimize marketing operations and automation across platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.), run data operations and list management, build landing pages, support email and paid campaigns, create dashboards and reports, experiment with AI-driven marketing tools, and document processes to scale and improve campaign execution and quality.

Author and maintain clinical dosing and drug/device content for healthcare IT products. Perform data entry and review, analyze source information, follow editorial policies, support customers, present findings, develop basic Flyspeed/SQLyog and OnBase skills, and participate in team and quality improvement activities. Occasional travel required.
