Own product analytics for Heartflow’s platform by measuring adoption, retention, utilization, and feature impact. Design experiments and quasi-experimental analyses, establish product metrics and event taxonomies, build dashboards, and partner with Engineering on instrumentation. Translate quantitative and qualitative customer insights into product and commercial recommendations. Champion AI-enabled analytics, ensure data quality and compliance in a regulated medical-device environment, present findings to leadership, and mentor analysts.

The Director, HR Business Partner will advise Technology, R&D, and Product leaders on organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations, succession planning, talent management, compensation, engagement, and DEI. The role analyzes HR metrics, ensures legal compliance, and implements people strategies aligned with company growth. Candidates need strong business acumen, technical-team HR partnership experience, communication skills, and investigation management experience.

Build and migrate AWS cloud foundations and production workloads from serverless platforms to Kubernetes on EKS. Develop Terraform, Helm, service templates, and automation; manage networking, IAM, scaling, observability, SRE practices, CI/CD, and developer experience. Partner with application teams on migration planning, cutovers, benchmarking, documentation, and platform standards while supporting Linux and Windows systems.
