The Marketing Manager leads hotel brand development, positioning, voice, digital and print campaigns, public relations, media planning, community partnerships, and website performance. This role develops strategic marketing plans, manages agencies, budgets, contracts, databases, and creative production, while supporting executive leadership and operational initiatives. The position also oversees stakeholder communications, cross-promotional programs, guest experience opportunities, and project execution.

Coordinates daily racquet sports administration, including tennis and pickleball court reservations, scheduling, audits, billing, member inquiries, department records, communications, reporting, maintenance coordination, and inventory orders. Reconciles lesson and clinic charges, resolves booking and billing discrepancies, supports the Director of Racquet Sports, and ensures accurate policy compliance and revenue reporting.

Directs hotel human resources operations, including recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and associate development. Advises leadership and employees, oversees hiring and onboarding checks, ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, administers wages and benefits, and promotes positive workplace relations across the resort.

Drive group revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate, association, and social group business. Manage account details, coordinate internal departments, conduct site inspections, attend trade shows, prepare reports, and maintain market knowledge to deliver luxury, boutique group experiences aligned with brand standards.

Lead and supervise hotel financial operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage budgets and capital expenditures, control cash and receivables, reconcile accounts, support Executive Committee, audit compliance, and coach the finance team to optimize financial performance and owner/corporate reporting.
