Oversee daily banquet operations and staff (captains, servers, housemen); recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; review Banquet Event Orders with clients; manage billing, service charges, payroll, supplies, sanitation, safety, and quality control; ensure compliance with SOPs and perform other assigned duties.

Support the Controller by posting and reconciling city ledger and credit card transactions, processing and coding invoices and purchase orders, maintaining cashier and invoice files, handling vendor inquiries, and assisting with billing, collections, and general ledger reconciliations.

Support front office operations to ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and service while enforcing Marriott standards. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and equipment maintenance, staff hiring/training/supervision, guest satisfaction tracking, and coordination with other departments to maximize occupancy and revenue. Handle cash/credit transactions, resolve guest complaints, maintain compliance with SOPs, and participate in departmental meetings and training.
