Leads enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategy, designing and delivering scalable training programs aligned with business objectives. Partners with executives, business leaders, subject matter experts, and vendors to assess needs, develop curricula, manage learning technology, and evaluate program effectiveness. Oversees learning initiatives, budgets, resources, scheduling, and continuous improvement while coaching facilitators and supporting talent planning, succession, and career development. Requires approximately 30% travel to offices, jobsites, meetings, and training events.

Supports project managers on electrical construction projects by coordinating field and office activities, tracking materials and labor schedules, assisting with change orders and estimating, reviewing subcontract scopes, coordinating BIM and prefabrication, maintaining project documentation, monitoring safety and quality, and supporting procurement and closeout processes.

The Project Engineer Intern assists Project Managers, collaborates with teams, and supports various tasks related to project execution and coordination.
