Partner with hiring managers, advise on talent strategies, source candidates through multiple channels, build pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, and maintain accurate ATS records and compliance. The role requires delivering quality hires, meeting hiring timelines, improving funnel performance, and providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
