Serve as a senior healthcare payer consulting expert and trusted advisor for health plan clients. Lead payer transformation initiatives, advise on operational efficiency, member and provider experience, compliance, and digital transformation, and manage executive relationships. Act as the primary customer success lead, identify growth opportunities and risks, resolve escalations, and coordinate business operations with IT teams to deliver client outcomes.

Build retrieval-augmented generation systems and engineer AI context using Azure AI Search and Cosmos DB vector search. Integrate a parts agent with an existing manuals agent and develop hands-on generative AI platform capabilities.
