Drive enterprise revenue growth for AI security products across Southern California. Develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, create customized proposals and demonstrations, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI, strong knowledge of AI security concepts, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity accounts, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals. Maintain Jira tickets, account health scores, and risk visibility while partnering with solution architects, technical support, and account directors. The role owns day-to-day customer relationships, ensures action items are completed, identifies adoption risks, and surfaces expansion opportunities.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers using the HiddenLayer AISec Platform, partner with internal teams, and improve documentation and processes.
