Advise customers on AI-driven creative workflows, structure pilots and POCs, lead executive reviews, and influence product and GTM strategy through customer insights and strategic account planning.

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing to drive acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Build automated email/push/SMS/in-product campaigns, segment users, run A/B tests, analyze performance, create dashboards, and partner cross-functionally to scale lifecycle systems and improve monetization and customer lifetime value.

Lead global B2B and crisis communications for Higgsfield AI: own executive messaging, enterprise customer narratives, reputation management, crisis planning/execution, and agency/media relationships. Partner with Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to position the company as a trusted enterprise AI platform and drive thought leadership, executive visibility, customer case studies, and strategic communications across commercial channels.
