The Account Executive sells Higher Logic products, focusing on client needs, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

Provide technical support and customer service for Higher Logic's SaaS products via phone, chat, and cases. Troubleshoot issues, document interactions in the ticketing system, escalate to internal teams per SLAs, coordinate calls or virtual sessions, meet performance metrics, and continually develop product and troubleshooting knowledge.

Build and maintain backend systems for a large-scale community platform: design APIs, improve performance and scalability, ship well-tested features, triage production issues, mentor engineers, and help define AI-assisted development practices and architecture.
