Finance interns support hotel accounting and finance teams with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, compliance, and internal controls. The role provides exposure to property-level hospitality finance, hotel accounting systems, and professional development while requiring confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and the ability to work onsite during a 10-week summer program.

Supports daily HR operations in a hospitality environment, including recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, employee record maintenance, engagement initiatives, and employee relations activities. Partners with hotel leadership and HR teams while gaining exposure to talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. Requires professionalism, confidentiality, strong organization, and a service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

Rotational summer internship in hotel operations across multiple departments. The intern will support guest and employee service, attend required training, maintain hotel standards, assist with operational problem-solving, protect confidential information, and cross-train in hotel-related areas. The role requires strong communication, organization, flexibility, attention to detail, and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. This is a fully onsite position beginning in June 2027.
