Lead and develop the Trial Experience team for a SaaS product, coach and hold team members accountable to KPIs, drive process improvements, analyze data to inform actions, manage escalations, and ensure exceptional trial engagement and customer success.

Lead and mature Product Design's operating model by creating lightweight rituals, clarifying priorities, managing dependencies and launch readiness, improving cross-functional engagement, and scaling research operations. Build visibility into capacity and risks, reduce recurring fire drills, and enable the design org to grow without losing velocity.
