As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage PR programs for cybersecurity clients, develop media strategies, and mentor junior staff while driving impactful communication narratives.

Lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts, translating briefs and audience insights into insight-driven integrated campaigns. Direct concepting, messaging, and creative deliverables across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, support new-business pitches, provide senior creative direction, and ensure high-quality, on-brief execution across campaigns.

Partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, hybrid work and workforce planning; own payroll/benefits/leave compliance across states; manage 1-2 direct reports; support DIBs, intern programs, talent initiatives, and People operations while improving processes and enabling managers.
