Own and architect the company revenue operations: implement and administer Salesforce, build and integrate the revenue tech stack, design lead-to-deal processes, run forecasting, quota and comp tracking, and deliver trusted reporting. Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and CS to keep CRM data clean and instrument new GTM motions.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, GTM, clinical, and manufacturing roles: source candidates, manage pipelines and ATS (Ashby), partner with CEO and hiring managers, build interview scorecards and employer brand, manage agencies, and grow the talent team into Head of Talent. In-person in San Francisco.

Lead and scale the outbound motion: recruit and manage SDRs, own meetings-booked and pipeline targets, design multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, direct mail, events), maintain outbound tech/CRM, report metrics, partner with marketing and AEs, and continue hands-on selling and prospecting.
