Leads end-to-end management services pursuits across the Americas, coordinating proposals, RFPs, presentations, stakeholders, timelines, reporting, and submission activities. Partners with leadership, business development, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to develop win strategies and deliver compliant, high-quality materials. Maintains pursuit pipelines and reporting, improves workflows and quality standards, manages risks and issues, and supports process optimization and knowledge management.

Manages daily operations of a high-rise multifamily property, including team leadership, budgeting, revenue collection, vendor and invoice oversight, leasing enforcement, resident satisfaction, maintenance standards, inspections, owner relationships, pricing strategy, compliance, and staff hiring and development. The role requires managing 400 or more units, maintaining financial and operational performance, and providing fully on-site leadership five days per week.

Supports the Community Manager with multifamily property operations, accounting, rent collection, financial reporting, payables, resident relations, lease enforcement, evictions, vendor coordination, move-outs, owner communications, and community tours. Serves as on-site supervisor when needed, coordinates maintenance and make-ready activities, and responds to emergencies. The role is fully on-site, includes flexible weekend and holiday scheduling, and requires occasional physical inspections and emergency availability.
