Supports real estate development projects from feasibility and entitlements through design, financing, construction, budgeting, and delivery. Prepares pro formas, budgets, schedules, cash flow analyses, valuations, and project reports. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, lenders, investors, contractors, architects, and public agencies. Assists with acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, market research, stakeholder communications, and project controls while monitoring budgets, schedules, and development risks.

Provides financial and market analysis for real estate acquisitions, development projects, and asset management. Responsibilities include financial modeling with Argus and Excel, cash-flow analysis, valuation, due diligence, lease and property financial statement review, market research, comparable database maintenance, presentation preparation, and support for development activities including financing, design, contracting, and construction management.

Manages daily operations of a residential property, including team leadership, budgeting, rent collection, vendor approvals, lease enforcement, resident satisfaction, maintenance standards, inspections, and owner relationships. Ensures financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with company policies. The role is fully on-site, includes flexible weekend and holiday scheduling, and requires occasional emergency availability, property inspections, and physical activity.
