As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and maintain software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance product features, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage retention and expansion for assigned enterprise clients by developing retention plans, identifying risks, pursuing cross-sell opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, delivering consultative, data-driven recommendations, and aligning resources across Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing.

Lead design vision for member-facing progress, pain logging, and outcome experiences. Translate clinical and behavioral data into simple motivating interfaces, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to run experiments, create frameworks and design systems, champion accessibility, and mentor designers to raise quality and coherence.
