Own the end-to-end international inbound supply chain process, including vendor coordination, customs and duty workflows, commercial documentation, invoice validation, and receipt. The role drives process improvements, reporting, vendor performance, corrective actions, cost reduction, and cross-functional hardware initiatives. It requires managing inbound operations from vendor coordination through customs clearance and delivery while improving scalability, consistency, and visibility. Local travel to vendors may be required.

Design end-to-end member-facing digital health experiences across mobile and web, from discovery through launch and iteration. Simplify complex health and behavior-change workflows, create personalized experiences, use qualitative and quantitative insights, contribute to scalable design systems, and champion accessibility and inclusive design. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, research, clinical, and commercial partners to deliver high-quality products with measurable member impact.

Provides legal guidance on privacy, data protection, and AI governance for healthcare products and services. Develops policies, oversees privacy impact assessments, advises Product and R&D teams on privacy-by-design, negotiates privacy-related agreements, responds to inquiries and incidents, and collaborates with Security, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders. Requires expertise in U.S. and international privacy laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA, along with familiarity with AI governance.
