Manage multinational corporate tax compliance and reporting, prepare consolidated and entity tax returns and provisions, handle intercompany allocations, indirect tax filings, tax notices and audits, perform technical tax research, and lead tax process improvements and projects across stakeholders and external advisors.

Lead planning, budgeting, staffing and execution of rail projects. Maintain client relationships, report status, manage risk, change orders and cost control, and ensure safety and quality compliance across project phases.

Lead strategy, commercialization, and governance for the companys support portfolio. Define offerings, pricing, packaging, and P&L oversight; drive cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve adoption, retention, margin, and field enablement.

Lead regional sales of automation and communication solutions for data centers, develop and execute sales strategies, identify and grow new and existing accounts, deliver technical and commercial proposals, manage pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate contracts, represent the company at industry events, and travel heavily within the region.

Manage sales of automation and communication solutions for power systems, focusing on utilities and infrastructure, while exceeding quotas and building customer relationships.

Lead global corporate FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, consolidated P&L and profitability analysis. Build financial models, generate KPI-driven insights, prepare executive reporting, and partner with regional finance and business leaders.
