The Quality Engineer develops and maintains inspection methods, quality procedures, test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation. Responsibilities include investigating nonconformances, complaints, and CAPAs; analyzing quality metrics and defect trends; managing supplier quality; supporting audits; ensuring ISO 9001 compliance; designing verification tools and fixtures; and leading continuous improvement across manufacturing, testing, production, and field service operations.

Entry-level apprentice supporting field service technicians with preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, control adjustments, startups, and customer service for compressed-air systems. The role includes assisting on jobsites, completing service documentation, following safety procedures, traveling to training and occasional overnight jobs, and working in physically demanding industrial environments. No prior experience is required; mechanical aptitude, reliability, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn are essential.

Provides hands-on audiovisual, conference room, and technical support for executive briefings, customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and hybrid events. Sets up and troubleshoots Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing platforms, displays, microphones, cameras, speakers, presentation systems, network connectivity, and authentication issues. Conducts room inspections, manages AV inventory, coordinates repairs, documents resolutions, supports event rehearsals, and maintains a professional customer-facing presence for executives and visitors.
