Creates and maintains H&M’s visual identity across sales floors and windows, executes floor moves, campaigns, mannequins, and garment presentations. Supports sales, customer experience, store KPIs, team training, opening and closing routines, scheduling, safety, and loss prevention. The role requires physical merchandising work, flexible availability, and occasional support at other stores.

Provides fashion-focused customer service, guides shoppers through products and trends, promotes sales and loyalty programs, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include garment unpacking, replenishment, steaming, fitting room and checkout operations, merchandise presentation, stockroom organization, OMNI services, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, compliant sales environment. Collaborates with colleagues, participates in training, and contributes to sales targets and an excellent customer experience.
