Design and build complex precision electromechanical and robotic subsystems (thin film deposition, fluid dispense, pick-and-place). Own subsystems through product lifecycle, balance software/electrical/controls/dynamics, and perform hands-on machining/CAM work. Work autonomously and collaborate across disciplines to launch and iterate production systems.

Build and ship backend systems for an early-stage AI/LLM startup: design and implement large-scale web services in Python/Django, optimize database and backend performance, work with distributed systems (Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch), deploy on AWS, and own projects end-to-end in production.

Support full recruiting lifecycle: conduct high-volume intake calls, screen candidates, record and manage candidate data in ATS/CRM, coordinate interviews, hand off to recruiters, track metrics, and improve recruiting operations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
