Drafts and negotiates IP and technology agreements, including development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology services contracts. Manages IP and M&A due diligence, prepares IP provisions for corporate transactions, and advises clients on IP ownership, protection, and licensing strategies. The associate will lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and interact directly with technology companies, investors, and global enterprises.

Represent clients in domestic and cross-border antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, government investigations, merger clearance, and counseling. Support both litigation and merger clearance work. Preferred experience includes antitrust matters, second request investigations, trial work, and economics. Candidates must provide a resume, cover letter, and law school transcript, hold an ABA-accredited law degree, and be admitted to a U.S. state bar.

Supports patent prosecution across domestic and foreign matters by tracking deadlines, preparing and filing USPTO and PCT documents, coordinating with attorneys and foreign associates, maintaining patent portfolios, reviewing notices and formal documents, and managing billing-related activities. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to meet demanding deadlines with minimal supervision.
