Designs and delivers electrical engineering projects from concept through construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include developing electrical, fire alarm, and life safety systems; producing Revit and AutoCAD documentation; conducting site surveys and construction reviews; monitoring budgets and deliverables; coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary teams; supporting business development; and improving engineering standards and processes. The role requires project engineering experience, complex electrical design capabilities, and collaboration on large commercial, institutional, civic, healthcare, and mission-critical projects.

Performs engineering analysis and design for building projects under project engineer supervision. Contributes to integrated project teams, visits construction sites to review quality and compliance, and supports timely, budget-conscious project delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, relevant building-project experience, and discipline-specific licensure for structural or MEP engineering. Experience with analysis tools, energy modeling, LEED projects, and complex structural systems is beneficial.

Provides Tier 1 IT support across desktop systems, software, hardware, peripherals, IP phones, mobile devices, and specialized equipment. Responds to helpdesk requests, diagnoses and resolves technical issues, maintains employee equipment and inventory, monitors system performance, trains users, and escalates complex problems. The role also supports infrastructure-related tasks, recommends improvements, and participates in after-hours and weekend helpdesk coverage in a fully in-office San Francisco environment.

Provides Tier 2 IT support for computer systems, peripherals, mobile devices, IP phones, and specialized equipment. Resolves helpdesk issues, installs and repairs hardware and software, maintains account and inventory records, trains users, supports remote access, escalates complex problems, and recommends system improvements. The role requires hands-on, in-office support, strong customer service, and occasional after-hours or weekend helpdesk coverage.

Supports project accounting by preparing monthly client billings, maintaining financial records, matching billing data with documentation, processing invoices and vouchers, and assisting with accounts payable. The role communicates with staff, vendors, clients, Project Managers, and Project Accountants while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client requirements. It also provides general administrative and financial support to the Accounting team.

Oversees project accounting operations, supervises and develops accounting staff, reviews invoices and project financial performance, manages budgets and reporting, supports revenue recognition, resolves financial issues, and communicates project financial information to internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role also contributes to recruiting, performance evaluations, training, and compensation decisions.

Performs electrical engineering analysis and design for building projects under project engineer supervision. Collaborates with integrated teams, contributes technical solutions, supports timely and budget-compliant delivery, and conducts construction-site reviews for quality and compliance. The role requires familiarity with electrical analysis tools, energy modeling, sustainable design, and building engineering projects.
