Leads the US finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow, tax coordination, compliance, audits, banking, and expenditure control. Partners with business and senior leaders to explain performance, manage risks, improve processes, and support decision-making. Coordinates with the New Zealand finance team and external providers while driving systems, reporting, and automation improvements using Deltek Vantagepoint.

The Project Engineer will assess vulnerabilities due to natural hazards, develop mitigation solutions, and prepare technical reports and design solutions for clients.
