Provide case management to a 1:25 caseload in permanent supportive housing using Housing First and harm reduction. Duties include service planning, referrals, crisis intervention, outreach, community-building groups, appointment accompaniment, documentation, and housing retention support.

Maintain trash and recycling across multiple residential properties: sort compost, recyclables, and trash per San Francisco rules; place and return bins for pickup; keep trash rooms and surrounding areas clean; follow PPE and safety procedures; report safety or facility issues; perform other recycling-related duties as assigned.

Manage full-cycle biweekly payroll and payroll systems (Paylocity); administer employee health and welfare benefits, coordinate open enrollment, reconcile invoices, prepare mandated reports, support audits and HRIS data transitions, and serve as primary contact for insurance brokers and internal stakeholders.
