Hometap truly creates an environment that inspires people to do more. I am motivated each day to collaborate with my teammates whom I know are aligned by our collective mission of making homeownership less stressful and more accessible to everyone.

I encourage our design team to leverage each other's unique expertise and individual passions. One team member is amazing at illustration, where another is a user testing wizard. Still another is an absolute expert when it comes to the UX craft and best practices. We all learn from and are inspired by each other.
